Shipping policy

All items are shipped with Delivery Confirmation. We are not responsible if an item has been marked delivered and was not received. You will need to contact the shipping company directly to file a claim.

We take the utmost care in packaging your products so they arrive safely to you. On the rare occasion something arrives damaged please contact us directly.

We use standard shipping rates unless you request other.  For Smaller, lighter objects, we may use USPS Priority Mail, as pricing includes tracking and insurance up to $100.
